Once the software
is installed, you can personalize it to your specific needs via
the
System Settings screen,
which looks like the the one to the right.
We set the
first several items when it's installed and you set the others
based on your needs. The user-friendly interface makes customizing
the program a snap.
1.
Enter your email address to receive automated replies.
2.
Create the Confirmation Email that is automatically sent to clients
after replication.
3.
Select whether you want to receive Confirmation Emails also.
4,5,6.
Select whether to use an automated renewal email, and how many
days prior to expiration it should be delivered. You can even
select whether it should be sent to you, the client, or both.
7.
Enter the text to be used in the personalized renewal email.
8.
To make your job even easier, websites can automatically be deleted
upon expiration.
